Cranking but does not start

This is a turbo diesel. Cranking but does not start. Only starts with quick start spray and then runs fine.

I would start with a compression test. Low compression can cause this behavior. Once the starting fluid ignites the fuel in the system and engine rpms increase the lower compression becomes less of an issue. Another thing to check would be the glow plug system as it will also cause this if they do not cycle on if needed. I would consider this first if the engine starts rapidly once it has been warmed up.

When you drive a while and switch off it will start if your try immediately stands for a while you have to spray quick start again for it to start. But I will do compression test today and inform you. Thanks

Yeah that is typical behavior of both low compression or failed glow plugs or glow plug controller. I cannot find any information on the engine control systems as it was not used in the US but those are where I would start.
