The fan does not run full speed even reaching operating temperature. It only turns on when A/C is on but not in full speed. But when unplugging one fan it does its thing as normal. And when unplugged to ect it kicks in at high speed.

Hello,

There are three relays that run the system let's start by checking them. here is a guide and the cooling fan wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works and the relay locations:

Radiator fan does not run in full speed even when reaching operating temperature and only goes on when A/C is on. When I unplugged either fan it will run in full speed. And also it will kick in when unplugging from ect.
