Cooling fans

Car started to over year so I replaced the cooling assembly with a new one but fan only comes on when I use the A/C. I also replaced the three relays and still the same issue. The fans used to come on every 10-15 seconds now nothing not even when the motor warms up.

Some makes and models, the fan will come on and run if you unplug the coolant temperature sensor. I'd take a look at that sensor. Any applicable trouble codes?
