Have a three year old rebuild. I changed the oil yesterday and it is chocolate milk. so antifreeze is in the oil. did compression test on all cylinders and they range from 128-135. looking like great compression does the test pick up a manifold gasket? If it does what else could it be? It was not running hot, it was not throwing white smoke?

try a coolant pressure test that may pick it up if its internal it will just go down. it may be a gasket or crack in something. as you did not put engine size we cannot be any more definitive.
