Here is an image from ALLData. It is not the most descriptive thing, but it should help you somewhat. I am also including the description of how to remove the sensor. It is fairly simple.
Installation is the reverse of removal. Be sure that the engine is cold before you open the cooling system, otherwise it could blow hot coolant on you and burn you.
