If it is leaking there, it could be a few things. Most likely, it is the water pump. However, what I suggest is to pressure test the system. By doing this, you can check for leaks easier with the engine cool and not running. Start by going through this link. It describes how to locate and repair leaks.

Also, here is a specific link that shows how to pressure test the system. I realize most people do not have a pressure tester. However, most parts stores will lend or rent them.

Okay, if you find it is a hose, that is an easy repair. However, if you determine it is the water pump, here are general directions for replacing one:

Water Pump Removal
1. Remove the water pump pulley bolts.
2. Remove the water pump pulley.
3. Remove the water pump bolts.
4. Remove the water pump.
5. Remove the water pump gasket.

Water Pump Installation
1. Install the water pump gasket.
2. Install the water pump.
3. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
Install the water pump bolts.
Tighten the water pump bolts to 10 Nm (89 inch lbs.).
4. Install the water pump pulley.
5. Install the water pump pulley bolts.
Tighten the water pump pulley bolts to 25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.).
