Coolant leak

Coolant is leaking looks like at the back of engine near exhaust. Does not appear to leak all the time nothing found on floor? have checked heater hoses they seem okay.

This could be a number of things but the best way to find this is to pressure test the system so that you basically force the coolant out and are able to find it while inspecting. So in other words, pressurize the system then start looking on the back of the engine for the area.

It looks like there is some spraying of coolant going on there but it appears this line would be the cause. However, it is a little hard to tell. What we should do is clean it all off and then just pressurize the system and start checking again. If you run the engine I doubt you will have much success finding the exact spot because it will be very hot. By pressurizing the system, you will be able to feel around the parts to find the exact spot.
