Replaced coil pack three times. Is there more than one coil pack. When you try to drive it bogs down like very very little power. Mostly shuts off but if you keep mashing on gas to get it to move it backfires some.

Hello,

This happens when the exhaust becomes plugged. To be sure lets use this guide to confirm the exhaust system blockage. Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so we can see what's going on? that would be great. You can upload it here with your response.

Please run down this guide and report back.

Good afternoon.

Just to add to Kens suggestion, there are many things involved here.

Fuel pressure needs to be correct.

The valve timing needs to be correct as well. Have you check the timing chain? If you have a vacuum gauge, test the vacuum at idle.

Lastly, as Ken suggested, the catalytic converter may be clogged. Remove the O2 sensor and drive the truck and see if it is any better.

Also, make sure the EGR valve is not stuck open. That would create a massive vacuum leak and very low power.
