Those are both transmission codes and the D4 light is acting like the check engine light and telling you there is a problem.

P0700 Transmission Control System Malfunction - Basically saying something is wrong.

P0753 Shift Solenoid A Electrical - The actual problem that the computer thinks is wrong. This could be a bad solenoid or the wiring to it that is the issue.

The first thing would be to check the fluid level and condition. Then check all the wiring and testing the solenoid to see where the issue is.

The replacement part is easy to change but testing first would make sure it is the problem first.

That information depends on exactly which engine and transmission you have. For the fluid level there should be a dip stick that you pull for the transmission. The fluid should look clean and red and small like oil. If it is dark or brown/black or smells like it has been burnt those are not good signs.

For the rest we need to know what engine and transmission number you have Honda used a few different units depending on the actual car they were in.
Coupe, hatchback or sedan and which trim level like CX/DX/LX/EX?
What country will help as well.
