The hybrid system wants to pop up on our dashboard then it shuts off and we cannot start it. We have taken the whole inside out. We checked the hybrid battery by cell. Each one was over 10 point some volts in it. But the healthy life was 65% to 69%. We don’t think that it had made any problem until we pulled out the one cigarette outlet or plug-in. As we thought we lost one of our stems in the outlet. But the hybrid bed seems to charge after we have it shut off for a while. But if we start it, it takes the juice out of the hybrid battery. But on the screen, it does not look like the charge is going back into the high battery system. Then after a little while, it shuts off so that we cannot start it anymore because of the hybrid check system pops up on the screen dashboard.

Yep, this is what happens when the hybrid battery goes bad. I am not sure what "Each one was over 10 point some volts in it" means? There has been a problem with water under the hybrid battery, check out the image below. Either way the hybrid battery will need to be removed. This is a high voltage system so wear insolating gloves and safety goggles, read the instructions completely before beginning. Be sure to clear the codes once the repair is finished. Check out the images (below). Please upload pictures or videos in your response of any problems so we can see what to help you with.
