first, second and reverse gears are crunching when i try to change gear. Fluids are topped up.

we have no information on this car as it is not sold in USA. however, check to see if slave cylinder is working at clutch it may have air in system and need to be bled or it is going bad. have someone push in clutch while you watch slave. if that works okay then it can be a bent clutch release arm or clutch is going bad.
