Clunk/popping sound when I turn the wheel

I'm hearing a clunking sound everytime I back up and turn the wheel. Either direction I hear this noise and it only happens when I reverse. I'm also hearing a clunk noise when I brake and come to stop. There's also a clanking noise when I drive over bumps, it could be the slightest bump and I hear this noise. I've had control arms replaced on driver and passenger side on front end. Had a mechanic tell me that he saw a bad ball joint. Maybe the ball joint is the issue?

That could be, can you upload a short video of the noise so I can hear it? I have seen the driveshaft central support go bad and it allows the driveshaft to move and cause all kinds of strange noises. Here is what I am talking about so you can check it out.
