clutch is not engaging

hello, my five speed transmission as a problem with the clutch. when I push down on the clutch pedal it is real easy, but it does not grab. I do not think I have bad clutch, it is more like something came off.

Yep you are right the clutch disc has falling apart and it needs to be replaced. Here is a guide on how to do that,
