The issue is only cold air blows out of the vents on all settings. Defrost has no heat, nor do any of the other settings. The switch does have computer climate control, but rarely do I use it.
Could it be the actuator switch?
I have checked the inlet/outlet hoses to heater core and both appear to functioning. So I can assume to safely rule out the heater core. Any other possible issues? And where can I find the location of it?
I have viewed a couple of videos of how to replace it, but I am unsure of where it is located. Some videos have it directly in the middle (behind the center console) and others have it on the passenger side under the blower motor.

Before you do replacing the actuator try pulling fuse heater and HVAC fuse one inside truck for sixty seconds with key on then reinstall it may reset temperature actuator to where it works. If not picture shows where it is located. If this is auto temperature control you can try same thing, but if it does not work you have to have it scanned for codes by a mechanic.
