My car has climate control for air, vent and heat. When I turn the system on, the screen on the dash shows the fan working at the designated speed based on the temperature in the car; however, there is no air blowing out the vents. I have checked the fuse for the blower in my fuse box and it looked fine. I then replaced the fuse with a new one. I still have no air coming out the vents. Is this a blower problem, fan problem, or possible wiring from fuse to system?

Check for power at the blower motor itself. It should be under the right side of the dash board. You can use a regular test light, its a 12volt circuit. Let us know what you find.
