Clicking noise but will not start

2007 CHEVROLET IMPALA

I have tried everything starter checked replaced the cam and crank sensor and plugs. only way it will start is if turn the crank a 1/4 of the way. what's my problem please?

Hi,

I'm not sure I understand. What do you mean by turn the crank a 1/4 of the way? Is the starter not engaging or does the starter engage and the engine not start? Also, is it the starter clicking?

Here is a link that explains how to test the starter circuit. Take a look through it if the problem is the starter won't engage.
