2005 Chrysler Town and Country I am having a noise that almost sounds like a gear slowing down or something when the brakes are pressed with any significant force. If they are lightly pressed and weight is not shifted to the front end there is no noise. I have tried replacing th\ brake pads and had the rotors turned. The noise is in the front passenger side. Thanks

A thumping sound?

Do you feel it in the pedal?

You don't get much in the way of turning rotors anymore. I would suspect it is undersized and can't handle the heat. If you have a pulsation, especially on harder braking, I would be highly suspicious of the rotors. Put new ones on if this is happening.
