2001 Chrysler Town and Country runs ruff

2001 town and country 3.8 AWD with 125000 miles just starded to run ruff half way through a full tank of gas, check engen light came on with po300, po303 &po306 I had replaced the plugs 2 mo earleyer so I checked the wires and they looked good and had low resetence so I checked the coil as #3 and#6 fire at the same time there was some carbon tracks so I replaced it and cleared the codes, after 2 days of driving it started to act up aging and the check eng. Light came on with po300 and as the plug wires were under warenty I replaced them and clerd the code aging. It has run fine for a few days but it has started to run ruff at times and when I acclerate hard the check eng light will flash but there are no hard codes or pinding codes in the computer. Any idaes?

I am no professional, but I have had a similar problem before, the flashing engine light sorta gave it away. Is the catalytic converter plugged. Just a thought

Found the problem the wiring harness for the injectors got to close to the crosover pipe and melted
