2001 Chrysler Town and Country Check Engine Light/Smog

My wifes light came on and stays on. One repair dealership gave codes of P1594 & P0456 and said it needed a smog/smoke pump? Another dealership said there is not any smog pump on this van. Who is right, we have not done any repairs yet.

p0456 leak in the EVAP system
possible gas cap (you need a smoke machine to check for leak)its a tool that tech use to check and locate leaks in the evap system
(( I think it is a misunderstanding about the smoke pump ))

need manual CHECK IT @
