BCMs are common on these. IF you disconnect the bcm and the locks stop cycling, you may have found the bcm is bad.

However, the door courtesy light switches can be pushed in to far. This switch is adjustable. Pull the center outward, then close the door. If it has a rubber boot on it, remove it. When you close the door, it will reset the switch with the proper tension. Usually it is the sliding door switch in the c-pillar at the back of the door opening. They get lots of abuse from the doors being slammed and tend to start making erroneous signals with only a slight amount of movement. Clean off the contact pads on the sliding doors if they are dirty, any movement will cause a change in voltage, which the bcm might see as a open/closed request.
