Engine Won't start?

Van has been setting for a while. Could not hear the fuel pump. Ran a test and then replaced it. Have good fuel rail pressure. It will try to start on starting fluid. What should I try next?

Does the vehicle sputter or seem to run decently when the fluid is added to the engine Two avenues to explore based on your answer this guide will help. When you turn the key to the on position without cranking the engine over can you hear the fuel pump run in the tank for 5 seconds?
