If you are asking about how to tighten it back on, I actually used my old power steering belt after I had a new one handy. I cut the belt and wrapped it 1/4 around the pulley, then braced the other side of it in between my engine mount. Mine was a 6 cylinder though, so I don't know what you will secure yours too.
If you wrap it right, while tightening the bolt, it will also tighten the belt allowing you to ream that sucker back in with a breaker bar.
