2002 Chrysler Sebring ignition

2002 CHRYSLER SEBRING

When you put the key in the ignition you can not turn it at all and the car will not go into gear. I have tryed turning the steering wheel to see if it got lock when parked and no luck. What do you suggest?

Is this a coupe? or 4 door?

Dissconnect the Neg(-) cable from battery. then proceed with these steps to change the tumbles.
