2001 Chrysler Sebring car not starting

I have a 2001 chrysler sebring. All the power works, no problem, batter replaced along with computer, however there are times it wont start. Someone said that there is a manual overide button I could use to reset the system, however, I cant find it, can someone help.

I'm not familiar with such a system. When it doesn't start, have you checked to see if the engine is getting spark and fuel? Also, has the check engine light ever come on?
