1999 Chrysler Sebring wont start

I was driving and my sebring just killed it act like it was out of gas but its was'ntit turns like it wants to start but it wont. A friend checked the fuel pump but it's working it's my only transportation to get to work please help me please!

It wants to start-you can hear the fuel pump come on but is it producing the correct fuel pressure and injection pulses occuring? If it has the correct fuel pressure and injection pulses is there-Check for spark
