When I simply stop at a red light or a stop sign, the vehicle will stall out competely, and it will just keep on cranking wouldnt start back up. After I spray the starter fluid into the intake, it will start and be fine for another weeks or days. Then without warning, it will happen again at anytime anywhere.

My mechanic told me its a ECM computer problem, since my car would not communicate when they hook it on a diagnostic computer. Will that solve that problem? I understand that fact that without ECM, car can stall out anytime, but how to explain only takes a starter fluid to kick it back up?
Please help.

Unless your mechanic has Chrysler DRB, he won't be able to scan 95 model year. Is the MIL/CEL (Malfunction Indicator Light/Check Engine Light) on? If it is, do this instead.

Within 5 seconds, turn your ignition key to:
ON - OFF - ON - OFF - ON.
Then count the flashes on the MIL on the dash. Example: 5 flashes, pause, 5 flashes = Code 55.

But I really think your problem is weak fuel pump. Have someone test your fuel pump.

Thanks for the reply, I didnt ask my mechanic if he has a DRB. However, I did replace my fuel pump already, the problem still persist. Im running out of options.
