i have a 2008 pt cruiser have replaced the computer module and it keeps burning it out . is there a reason why it would keep doing that

I believe the part is under factory warranty. Have you had it to a dealer? Also, if it keeps burning out, it sounds like there is too much power getting to it. THat is controled by the computer.
