I have a 1994 Dodge Ram 1500 5.2L with 155,000 miles. When the truck is under a load such as passing or climbing a hill the A/C with not blow air out of vents on the dash. Fan is still running but air is blocked for some reason. Is this a vacuum problem?

Yes, check for cracks or breaks in the vacuum feed. If the truck doesnt have a vacuum resevoir, you might want to invest in one, they are very inexpensive and stop the problem
