When my car heats up the fan works but not come to stop again after turning the engine off unless I unplug the switches.
What should I do.
Thank you.

Hi:
The first thing to determine is if the t-stat is bad. With the engine cold, open the radiator start the car and allow it to heat up. The coolant should be circulating through the radiator when it gets to operating temp (around 195 degrees). If the coolant is circulating, chances are that radiator needs flushed. If the coolant isn't circulating, the cheapest and quickest thing to try is a new t-stat.

Let me know what you find.

Joe
