I have a 1968 Chrysler Newport. I got the car back from having some electrical work done and suddenly it starting taking a click or two to get the engine to crank. This problem got worse to the point where the car won't start at all. Could this be the ignition coil?

those cars have a starter relay switch on the firewall that you can jump with a screwdriver to see if the starter will turn over. If the engine doesn't turn over then it's a starter problem. If it wants to start on the start cycle of the key then it's the ballast resister also on the firewall. It is white and about an inch long with two wires connected to it- one on neach end. next time give a better description of a no start- like won't turn over or turns over but won't start........
