Power window controls have stopped working. Is this a fuse or something else? How do I fix?

I believe there is a circuit breaker for the power windows, in the fuse box, left end of dash, CB1 20 amp. You need to unplug the circuit breaker, turn on the key, check to see if there is voltage where the CB plugs in. If there is no voltage at the CB terminal, with the key on, you'll have to backtrack the circuit to the ignition switch. I'm not saying the ignition switch is faulty, you would have to check the wiring circuit.

If you think it might be the circuit breaker (CB) itself, there might be a CB2 right beside it, if they'er the same amp rating, you might swap them, just for testing purposes. You can't leave it that way, CB2 may be for the doorlocks and low beam headlamp relay.

The problem could be at the master switch, if you get that far, check B+ and ground at the master switch.
