1994 Chrysler Le Baron Diagnostic trouble code

my codes were reading 12-51-55 I changed the fuel filter after that I diconnected the battery and the code disappeared and that later it came back check engine light came on agin it read 12-51-55 so I change the o2 sensor will the code clear on its on or do I have to clear it and how.

Have you tried disconnecting the battery again? If not, do so. If that doesn't work, take the car to a nationally recognized parts store and have them do it. Most will do it for free.
