2000 Chrysler Grand Voyager Automatic

When I am taking off the car shudders as though it is slipping and again when I slow down its not as smooth as it should be. When I put car into drive or reverse it clunks

Tracey there are quite a few problems involving bulletins, flashing the TCM and other related shift quality repairs but it may just need servicing and something called a quick learn, done with Chryslers diagnostic tool that plugs into your OBD connector. There may be a senasor or other problem, it would show up on a scan.
