1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee callback

I recieved a letter from Chrysler. It is about the floor shift callback. (Floor shifter secondary detent system)The Jeep Can role out of park at times. It has gotten worse, I tried taking it back. My appointments keep getting cancelled. Do you think a transmission shop could fix it even though it is a call back part?

Take it to the dealership and tell them to fix it, if it is starting to roll in park, this is a serious safety issue, someone could get hurt if your jeep roll over them, ask the dealership if they would like to take accountability if someone gets hurt because of this, oh yeah, until the problem is fixed use your e-brake everytime you park your jeep.
