Concorde fuse to power outlet

I was using a portable air pump to inflate a tire. I plugged the power cord into the power outlet. After I was done the outlet didnt work. The questiuon is can I ruin the power outlet by using the portable air pump.

Probably didnt hurt the outlet, may have popped the fuse. Using a test light, check all the fuses
