White smoke is coming out the exhaust?

I'm burning oil white smoke is coming out the exhaust. What causes that? Head gasket replacement instructions please?

Hi,

The most common cause of excessive white smoke from the exhaust is engine coolant entering the combustion chamber. The cause is likely related to a failed head gasket.

If you find the head gasket is bad, below I attached the directions for the removal and replacement of the cylinder heads. You will first need to remove the valve covers and intake manifold. I included the directions for that as well.
