I have a 1999 concorde, problem started with the blower only running when placed on high, manual controls. Now it will not work at all? A resisor problem is all I am seeing on your site. Is this true? If so, were do I locate this in my vehicle?
thank you very much

Yes, it may be the resistor assembly, the high speed doesn't use a resistor, but, it may still be wired through the assembly. At the blower assembly, the dark green wire is voltage, with the key on. The black wire with a tan stripe is ground. The blower speeds are controled on the ground side of the blower motor. I'd still want to bypass the blower resistor assembly, use jumpers, see if the blower motor will run.
