Hi steeleboss. Welcome to the forum. It sounds like the ignition switch may have a bad contact or one of the plug-in terminals has overheated. If it will stay in the bad state, and it sounds like it will, you can use a test light or inexpensive digital voltmeter to check for voltage on the fuses for all of those things. If voltage is missing to all of those circuits at the same time, suspect something they all have in common, and that would be the switch.
If you want to troubleshoot this yourself to be sure I guessed right :) have the test light or voltmeter handy and holler back so I can dig out a service manual. You'll have to remove the trim covers around the upper steering column to get to the switch.
