Heres the issues guys I suspect a faulty water pump but have not checked thermestat or radiator to see if its clogged. I'm thinking water pump because the the coolant boils over when the car is sitting at a red light and the heat blows from warm to cold. Soon as I pull off the temperture hand drops back down to to normal reading, coolant stops overflowing and the heat blows warm again. I no the fans work because they do come on as they should.

I'm looking for advice befor I decide to tackle the water pump due to the fact that its quite a bit of work to replace. One other thing you can't check the water pump for leakage because of the fact that its housed inside the timing cover. O, I also don't believe the heads are blown I'm sure of it.

Before you tackle the water pump, check your radiator cap. I have seen two Cloud cars boiling over like crazy. Everything checked fine, but failed pressure test.

Hey thanks for responding, its funny you say that. I actually went home yesterday and looked around under the hood with the car running for a few, with a visual diagnosis I noticed the radiator cap was releasing very slight steam, an amount in-which you would not notice with the hood down or even with the hood up if you failed to look in the direction of the cap. I pressed down on it a few times and found that the cap had finally lost its pressure, went and bought a new one but now the engine is over cooling which I suspect is a stuck thermostat. Heat now takes forever to warm up.

Gonna change that today thanks again for your input.

You are right. Sounds like a stuck open thermostat.
