i have a 2002 chrysler 300M, engine will not run unless the battery is jump started with another car. When you take off jumper cables the car will act like it wants to go off then slowly it dies off! then you hear a wistle sound. A code is given P1604 : Loss of IPC Serial Data. How do we get this fixed?
