If you have a copy of that report, get the phone number of the area Chrysler rep, tell him your story and go from there. The Dealer might not know why it failed and are looking for reason. Worked at a dealer for years, the squeeky wheel will get the grease. You will have to be very forward with them, but demand they stand behind their product!
