front end clunks,changed the struts but still hear the clunk when hit a bump?

Anti-sway bar links and bushings, brake calipers, broken / rusted / missing brake pad anti-rattle clips, outer tie rod ends, lower ball joints, broken exhaust pipe hanger.
Have a professional perform an inspection. They can tell a lot just by hearing what it sounds like.
