Engine chirping noise while car is idling

When CRV is idling, I hear a chirping noise from the front. Have been hearing it since I bought the vehicle with only 7 miles on it 1 1/2 mths ago.
I could not imagine the noise was coming from my new car
But everywhere I go the chirping noise follows me.
Is this normal, and if not then what should I do?

It sounds like you have a serpentine belt that is dry, but to be sure can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so we can hear the noise? that would be great. I had this problem as well, the belt was cracked so I replaced it. Worked like a charm.
