Chirping when turning left while driving or backing up

When I am driving or backing up, when turning my left my car chirps and squeaks and it just started to get louder and last longer. Up to date on regular maintenance and newer tires. Please help!

Hi,

This could be a few things. It could be related to brakes, a wheel bearing, an axle joint, even a belt. Is it possible for you to record and upload it for me to hear?

Here is a link that explains how to replace front brakes. I'm adding this link because it shows where to check and what worn pads look like. Also, there is a metal sensor that will make a noise when the pads are nearly worn out to warn you. I attached two pics below. The first shows the sensor (screamer) and the second shows a comparison between new and worn pads.
