When I have the left turn signal on (and the the parking lights on) and step on the brake pedal the turn signal blinks extremely fast. When I let off the brake the light blinks normally. Additionally when I have the cruise control (and the parking lights on) and turn the left turn signal on the cruise control immediately shuts off. What would cause this issue?
Thanks.

check the rear light boards for a melted socket or melted board. common problem with these vans. could also be water getting in as bad design on lights seal.
