There are a couple things that can cause this. So, we need to start with the basics.

First and foremost, just check the coolant level.

I understand the rear is working but we need to just make sure so that doesn't bite us.

If the heater hoses going into the heater core are getting hot, then we have a blend door issue.

So, let's check the temperature of the heater codes and find out if they are the same temperature or pretty close.

If not, then we have a blocked heater core.

Once we know more about this info, we can take the next steps, but I included the process below for the blend door actuator as that is the likely issue.
