Still misfiring

You gave me some ideas a couple weeks ago but still misfiring.98 chevy van 2500 5.0L 102k miles. It's the one I replaced the head on & when I got it back together cyl. #2 & #5 don't seem to be working properly (p300 code), compression was 160 & 165. I'm getting spark(replaced coil), pulled & and cleaned injectors switching #2 & #5 with different injectors ,could the valves be adjusted wrong(I checked several times)or could those two injectors just not be getting power or am I overlooking something simple. Thank in advance for any suggestions.

A P0300 indicates a Random MIsfires

The cause is typically a vacuum leak in the intake manifold, throttle body or vacuum plumbing, a defective Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) valve that is leaking exhaust into the intake manifold, or even bad gasoline
