1992 Chevy Van take off power

My van have to have a full tank of gas in order to
have proper take off power or it feels like the trans
is slipping. I put in a new fuel pump. I have trottle body injection.

Check the fuel pressure with and w/o the fuel pressure regulator, also test the throttle position and manifold absolute pressure sensors. Report back with your findings, we start here
