flat spot on acceleration

hi i own a2000 chev silverado 4x4,4.8L engine with 195000km,s on it.it has a very pronounced flat spot on acceleration.i recently replaced the fuel pump,fuel pressure regulator and performed a tune up.any suggestions ?

For a start check the throttle position sensor it takes the place of a carbuerator accelerator pump. Could also be the oxygen sensor getting lazy or a MAP sensor.
