2000 chevy impala knock sensor

i have a 2000 chevy impala 3.8 v-6, with 100000 miles on it. it has a bad knock sensor in it. the problem is, i cannot find the sensor to change it. i just need to know where the sensor is located. PLEASE HELP!!!

the sensor is probably located on the front or back side of the motor below the heads.

Engine 3.8 VIN K has 2 (two) of them

Bk1 at lower left side of engine near the starter

Bk2 @ lower right side of engine right besides the power steering pressure sensor.
